The role requires graduate of an accredited medical assistant or surgical technician program, at least 2 years clinical back office experience, and current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical assistant or surgical technician program.
• Minimum of 2 years comparable clinical back office medical assistant experience.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Handles all guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism.
• Resolves customer inquiries about clinic services and hours of operation.
• Takes medical histories, measures patient vitals, and assists clinicians with care.
• Manages inventory, orders and replenishes medical supplies and materials.
• Administers medications, including injections within scope of practice.
• Handles multi-line telephone system, schedules appointments, responds to emails and maintains communication.
