Job summary

Prenuvo is seeking a Patient Liaison for our flagship clinic in London. You will be the welcoming face, delivering a cheerful, professional, and polished demeanor as patients check in, are escorted, and receive post-scan support.

This on-site, full-time role may require weekend hours and non-traditional schedules. You will liaise with providers and staff to ensure a smooth patient experience and accurate record handling in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1+ year in customer service, preferably in healthcare.
• Initiative: A self-starter who takes ownership of training and development.
• Work Ethic: Punctual, dependable, and committed to excellence in medical and customer care.
• Flexibility: Availability to work varied hours, including weekdays and weekends.
• Efficiency: Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Team Player: Works collaboratively with patients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with a warm, professional first impression.
• Check-in, registration, and check-out patients; verify identity and docs.
• Escort patients between areas while maintaining privacy and dignity.
• Coordinate between patients, providers, technologists, and staff.
• Manage appointments: book, reschedule, cancel, reminders.
• Maintain patient records and post-scan support tasks.
