Job summary

Lexington Health is seeking a Patient Experience Liaison (PRN) to bridge patients, families, and the organization, ensuring needs and concerns are addressed promptly.

The role focuses on compassionate communication, complaint resolution, and guiding patients through hospital processes with respect to rights and responsibilities. Strong computer skills and prior experience in healthcare or service recovery are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of experience handling complaints or patient inquiries.
• BLS and CPI may be required within 90 days depending on department needs.
• Excellent computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate information to patients and families of all ages and backgrounds.
• Assist patients by directing them to departments and escorting as needed.
• Register patients in the EHR and maintain accurate demographic data.
• Listen to patient compliments and complaints and escalate quality concerns.
