Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience improving patient satisfaction within a healthcare environment.
• Experience rounding with patients, families, and clinical staff to gather feedback and implement solutions.
• Knowledge of food service operations, patient dining, and meal accuracy standards.
• Understanding of food safety, sanitation compliance, and safe work practices.
• Experience coaching, training, and overseeing hourly staff in patient services and diet office functions.
• Commitment to fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to enhance patient-centered care and service excellence by rounding with patients, gathering feedback, and driving improvements.
