• Process payments and assist with memberships, packages, and gift cards.
• Resolve routine client questions and concerns independently.
• Support therapists and help daily schedule run smoothly.
• Manage laundry and maintain stocked, organized reception areas.
• Restock inventory and perform light administrative tasks.
• Identify improvements and take initiative as needed.
