Qualifications

• Minimum five years office experience, preferably in a medical setting.
• Minimum two years medical front desk lead experience.
• Ability to greet patients and visitors in a courteous, professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous, professional manner.
• Obtain demographic and insurance information and copies of IDs/insurance cards.
• Register new patients, prepare charts, and notify nursing staff of arrivals.
• Collect co-pays, deductibles, and other amounts at visit time.
• Maintain lobby area and ensure front desk is organized and compliant.
