US Oncology Network-wide Career Opportunities in Crystal Lake, IL is seeking a Lead Receptionist to manage the front desk in a fast-paced clinic. The role requires greeting patients and visitors, collecting information, registering new patients, handling payments, and supporting nursing staff with chart preparation and scheduling.
The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4:30 PM, with benefits and a patient-focused, professional work environment.

Under minimal supervision is responsible for greeting patients and visitors into the clinic in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner. Insures all appropriate forms are complete, accurate, and according to company guidelines. Serves as a liaison between patient and medical staff. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum five years office experience, preferably in medical setting. Minimum two years medical front desk lead.

Vision must be correctable to 20/20 and hearing must be in the normal range for telephone contacts. It is necessary to view and type on computer screens for prolonged periods of time.
