Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Patient Experience Manager 1 to drive patient satisfaction and service quality at UMC of Southern Nevada. Lead engagement strategies that improve the patient journey and support outstanding care outcomes.

The role partners with nursing, clinical teams and support services to ensure safe, consistent service practices, coaches staff, and analyzes patient satisfaction trends to implement action plans.

Qualifications

• Experience improving patient satisfaction in healthcare.
• Experience rounding with patients, families, and clinical staff to gather feedback and implement solutions.
• Knowledge of food service operations, patient dining, and meal accuracy standards.
• Understanding of food safety, sanitation compliance, and safe work practices.
• Experience coaching, training, and overseeing hourly staff in patient services and diet office functions.
• Commitment to fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
