UNM Health System is seeking a Patient Experience Manager to coordinate the execution of its patient experience strategic plan. You will lead initiatives across the health system, influence engagement, and work with executives to implement evidence-based practices.

The role emphasizes educating leaders, implementing tactics like AIDET and journey mapping, and partnering across entities to improve patient and family engagement and satisfaction.

Formación

• Master's degree in a related discipline.
• 3 years directly related experience; proficient in MS Office and data analysis.
• Experience leading teams in hospital/healthcare settings; knowledge of performance improvement methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Provide system-wide leadership for patient experience initiatives and program development.
• Consult with leaders to implement patient experience goals and CAHPS related strategies.
• Coach and train staff on evidence-based practices and patient engagement.
• Lead mapping of patient and family journeys and other patient experience initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor patient experience improvements.
