Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related discipline.
• 3 years directly related experience; proficient in MS Office and data analysis.
• Experience leading teams in hospital/healthcare settings; knowledge of performance improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide system-wide leadership for patient experience initiatives and program development.
• Consult with leaders to implement patient experience goals and CAHPS related strategies.
• Coach and train staff on evidence-based practices and patient engagement.
• Lead mapping of patient and family journeys and other patient experience initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor patient experience improvements.
