Sodexo is seeking a Patient Experience Manager 4 to lead initiatives that advance patient-centered care and service excellence across North Florida HCA Division.

You will round with patients, analyze experience data, and work with nursing, clinical teams, and leaders to implement patient-focused solutions while monitoring metrics and coaching staff toward higher quality and safety standards.

Formación

• Education required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Related Experience: 3 years.
• Experience driving patient experience improvements in a large healthcare setting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead initiatives that advance patient-centered care and service excellence.
• Round with patients to collect experience data and implement patient-focused solutions.
• Monitor KPIs, conduct staff audits, and provide coaching to teams.
• Foster a culture of safety, responsiveness, and exceptional care.
• Collaborate with nursing, clinical teams, and service-line leaders to drive improvements.
