Healthtech Inc. is seeking an Application Analyst II to support clinical and business applications within the Managed Services division. You will respond to incidents, manage documentation, and coordinate with vendors to ensure secure, up-to-date systems.

The role emphasizes analytical problem solving, ITIL-aligned processes, and cross-functional collaboration. Some on-call and travel may be required to support the business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Engineering/Healthcare Informatics or related field; 8+ years experience.
• 5 years’ experience in healthcare IT or equivalent IT application analyst position.
• Proven analytical thinking and problem-solving; ITIL service management experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience in managing application support and documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to application support requests and incidents within defined SLAs.
• Manage documentation throughout lifecycles.
• Maintain relationships with software vendors for top-tier support.
• Plan and execute application upgrades with security patches.
• Lead smaller analyst-led projects and basic PM tasks.
• Develop and maintain architecture diagrams and integration maps.
• Support end-to-end application lifecycle including implementations and decommissioning.
• Work independently and escalate after proper due diligence.
