The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 1 year in customer service, plus strong computer skills and teamwork. A health‑care setting background and BLS certification are a plus. 401K benefits apply.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong computer skills; familiarity with Apple products.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative teamwork skills.
• Strong organizational skills and accountability.
• Experience in health care service delivery is a plus.
• BLS certification is a plus.

• Engages members via calls, emails and appointment scheduling.
• Collaborates with providers and staff for seamless care.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
