You will greet patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, manage insurance prior authorizations, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records with a compassionate, detail-oriented approach. This is a full-time, on-site role with benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare/admin training preferred.
• Credentials: Medical office or healthcare certifications preferred but not required.
• Technical Skills: Front desk, scheduling, phones, admin support, insurance prior authorizations, HIPAA practices.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer and return patient phone calls and schedule appointments.
• Process and coordinate insurance prior authorizations.
• Maintain accurate HIPAA-compliant records and documentation.
• Support office operations and patient flow throughout the day.
• Assist with light clinical duties like vital signs, with training provided.
• Collaborate with providers and team members to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
• Other duties as assigned.
