Ideal candidates have 1+ year healthcare customer service experience, strong MS Office skills, and a patient-centric approach. Role includes TB screening and a Monday–Friday schedule with a base pay range and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year healthcare customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or call centers.
• Clear communication and positive tone on calls.
• Experience coordinating tasks, resources, and schedules.
• Proficient in MS Office for reporting and analytics.
• Experience improving patient care and experience.
• TB screening is required for hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly in person and over the phone.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments; manage calendars and collaborate with staff.
• Maintain confidential patient records using EMR and CRM systems.
• Update patient accounts and collect copays as needed.
• Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, provide information with empathy.
• Keep the reception area clean, stocked, and organized.
• Assist with supply orders, inventory management, and courier coordination.
