Qualifications

• Six months of outpatient receptionist or equivalent high-volume customer service experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Keyboarding and basic computer equipment/software proficiency.
• Familiarity with electronic practice management systems preferred.
• Experience with multi-line/ACD phones and medical terminology preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and provide excellent customer service.
• Answer and route clinic calls as the primary phone contact.
• Collect demographics and insurance information; verify eligibility.
• Schedule appointments using electronic practice management system.
