Job summary

Vitruvian Health’s Hamilton Physician Group Calhoun is seeking a part-time Medical Office Registrar to support front-desk operations. You will manage patient scheduling, registrations, co-pays, and ensure accurate data entry during visits.

The role requires excellent customer service, familiarity with medical coding (CPT/ICD10), and proficiency with medical software. Prior experience with Athena EHR is a plus, with a team-focused, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Front-desk and customer service experience preferred within a physician practice.
• Experience with medical software and CPT/ICD10 coding.
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle front-end duties including customer service, telephone management, scheduling and registration.
• Assist with co-pay collections, time-of-service accounts, and eligibility verification as needed.
• Process charge entries and post payments, ensuring accurate cash handling and daily closings.
