Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to manage the front desk during check in/out and deliver a best-in-class patient experience. No optical experience?

Training will be provided to learn about insurance options and appointment coordination within a fast-paced setting. You will handle check-in/out, verify insurance, confirm appointments, answer calls, and support office staff while collaborating with physicians and team members to ensure smooth patient care.

Qualifications

• Experience in a front desk, reception, or customer facing role supporting administrative duties.
• Must be organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure while delivering high-quality service.
• Able to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients a personalized check in/out process experience.
• Verify and educate patients on insurance options at check in/out.
• Assist with appointment confirmations and patient outreach with Doctor availability.
• Manage multiple phone lines, greet patients and walk-ins, schedule appointments and assist office staff.
• Cross-train to other office support roles as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors and team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
