Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists patients and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Schedules appointments and manages patient flow to optimize provider time.
• Maintains front desk operations and processes faxes and phone inquiries.
• Performs data entry into the EMR system with accuracy.
• Collects co-pays and tracks payments while updating patient records.
• Assists clinicians with patient care and prepares treatment rooms.
