Community Dental Partners is seeking a Patient Registration Coordinator in Commerce, TX. This role is the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a warm, efficient arrival experience and accurate intake of information.

The ideal candidate will have dental office experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while supporting clinical staff and patients throughout their visit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Dental experience is required for this role.
• Candidates should be able to communicate clearly with patients and clinical staff.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and visitors on arrival.
• Obtain and verify insurance information and route to appropriate staff.
• Update patient status in the system per guidelines.
• Assist with attaching payments, submitting claims, and checking billable x-rays.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming front office area.
