Job summary

Lane & Associates Family Dentistry in Jacksonville Henderson location seeks an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to enhance patient experiences by explaining treatment options, confirming insurance benefits, coordinating appointments, and guiding patients toward optimal oral health.

As part of a collaborative team, you will manage calls and scheduling, review treatment plans with patients, collect payments per policy, and maintain accurate records in Denticon while upholding HIPAA

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a dental front office or similar dental administrative role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Professional, polished demeanor and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for patients and provide a warm, welcoming experience.
• Manage a multi-line phone system, scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments.
• Help maintain provider schedules by coordinating patient appointments.
• Check patients in and out with professionalism and accuracy.
• Present and review treatment plans with patients and explain financial options.
• Verify insurance coverage and eligibility and assist patients with benefits.
