Aspen Dental in Bemidji, MN is seeking a Patient Coordinator (Patient Experience Coordinator) to join our front-office team. You will report to the Manager and perform daily tasks to create lasting impressions and build trust with patients, supported by a four-week training program.

This role emphasizes patient service, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, deposits, and teamwork in a friendly, collaborative environment with a focus on growth and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• Good time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
