Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front-office team. You will report to the Manager and complete daily tasks to earn patient trust and loyalty. A four-week training program helps you succeed in the role.

You will schedule appointments, verify insurance, balance deposits, and support the patient experience with compassion and strong communication. This position offers growth, PTO, and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks to create lasting impressions and build trust with patients.
• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in line with patient needs and policies.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
