Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front-office team. You will report to the Manager and complete a four-week training program to succeed in your role, delivering compassionate patient service and coordinating appointments, charts, and payments with accuracy.

You’ll balance deposits and processing while supporting the practice’s policies and regulatory standards, helping to build trust and loyalty with patients and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management and organizational abilities.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, and verify insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Perform daily front office tasks to create lasting impressions and build patient trust.
