Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two (2) years experience in patient experience or healthcare customer service.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient, family, and visitor concerns with professional communication.
• Provide training, coaching, mediation/issue resolution, and data entry support.
• Coordinate and implement programs to improve patient experience across units.
• Support department operations and share information and analysis.
