• Record messages per guidelines and direct to proper personnel.
• Monitor phone, fax, and mail inquiries and direct or resolve as needed.
• Assist with billing/disputes and gather essential patient information for physicians and partners.
• Process payments and handle self-pay balances per hospital procedures.
