Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front office team. You’ll support patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and help build trust through compassionate service.

You’ll complete a four-week training program, report to the Practice Manager, and contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented culture with ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
