Aspen Dental in the United States is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator (we call Patient Coordinator) to join our team. You will perform daily front office tasks, schedule appointments, verify insurance, balance deposits, and help create welcoming experiences for patients in a supportive environment.

You will participate in our four-week training program, receive best-in-class training, competitive compensation, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
