Job summary

Aspen Dental Management, Inc. is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator in Florida to deliver outstanding front-office service.

You will report to the Manager and participate in a four-week training program to ensure you succeed in your role. This full-time position offers a competitive pay rate of $17-$19 per hour, a generous benefits package (PTO, health, dental, vision and 401(k) with match), and a supportive culture that emphasizes growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
