Responsibilities

• Greet patients and create a positive first impression.
• Answer phones, texts, emails, and other inquiries.
• Schedule hygiene, restorative, emergency, and new patient visits.
• Check patients in/out, collect payments, update records.
• Present treatment plans and verify insurance details.
• Coordinate referrals to specialty offices.
• Maintain productive daily schedules and morning huddles.
• Assist with administrative projects as needed.
