Job summary

Aspen Dental in West Des Moines, Iowa is seeking a Patient Coordinator (Patient Experience Coordinator) to support front desk operations and create a welcoming, efficient office environment. You will be part of a four-week training program to help you succeed in your role.

You will schedule and confirm patient appointments, verify insurance, collect payments, balance deposits, and provide compassionate service while maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
