Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Part-Time Patient Experience Coordinator to support front desk operations and deliver warm, compassionate service to patients. You will participate in a four-week training program and help create a positive first impression for patients as they schedule, check in, and receive care.

In this role, you will organize charts, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and process payments while balancing deposits.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care at the front desk.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process payments as needed.
• Support the Manager with daily front office tasks.
