Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator (front office) in Homewood, IL. You will participate in a four-week training program to master patient scheduling, chart organization, and insurance/payment processes while supporting a compassionate patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent patient service and support by scheduling and confirming appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Perform daily front office tasks and duties to create lasting impressions and build trust with patients.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
