Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic keyboarding and PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Document patient demographic, statistical, and billing information in the practice management system.
• Collect patient co-payments and reconcile daily receipts; prepare deposits.
• Register patients for medical and behavioral health visits and create encounter forms for payer info.
• Check-out patients, schedule follow-ups, and process return lab orders.
• Communicate with Care Team about walk-ins, scheduling concerns, and patient requests.
• Document essential elements in the EHR and coordinate with providers and staff.
