Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to manage front desk tasks and deliver exceptional patient service. You will participate in a four-week training program and support schedules, insurance verifications, and deposits processing.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, policies and procedures, and regulations.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
