Aspen Dental in Eugene, Oregon is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team as a full-time Patient Coordinator. You will handle front-office duties, scheduling, insurance verification, deposits, and chart organization to create a positive patient impression.

You will complete a four-week training program and contribute to a supportive, collaborative culture with ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs and policies.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
