Aspen Dental in Oregon is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to support front-office operations and deliver exceptional patient service.

You will complete a four-week training program, schedule and confirm patient appointments, verify insurance, balance deposits, and help maintain accurate patient records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• Time management skills.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
