Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator (Patient Coordinator) to front-office support and create positive patient impressions. You will participate in a four-week training program and report to the Manager, handling scheduling, chart organization, and insurance verification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• Good time-management skills.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
