Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator (Patient Coordinator) to join our team in a front office capacity. You will report to the Manager and perform daily tasks to create lasting impressions and loyalty with patients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
