Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front office team. You will report to the Manager and perform daily scheduling, chart organization, and patient communications to create positive lasting impressions.

We offer a full-time role with a salary of $19–$21 per hour, comprehensive benefits, and a four-week training program to help you grow. Candidates should have a high school diploma and strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• Time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
