Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team. You will perform front office duties, coordinate patient flow, and support office operations with a four‑week training program to help you succeed.

This Full Time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $15 to $18, a generous benefits package including PTO and 401(k) with match, and a collaborative culture. You’ll contribute to community health and build trust with patients in a fast-paced dental practice.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• Excellent time management and detail orientation.

Mansioni

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in line with policies and standards.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card payments.
• Support the Manager with additional tasks as assigned.
