Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our practice. This full-time role involves front office duties, patient scheduling, and delivering outstanding patient service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• Good time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Follow Manager's instructions and perform additional tasks as assigned.
