Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team. You’ll report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks, creating lasting impressions and loyalty with patients. A four-week training program will help you succeed in your role.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
