Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is hiring a Front Office Assistant in Pennsylvania to support patient intake, payments, and daily operations at our outpatient clinics. You will guide new patients through the intake process and maintain a courteous, professional atmosphere for all visitors.

Flexible scheduling includes weekend coverage; prior healthcare and office experience is preferred, and any lived addiction experience is considered a plus.

Qualifications

• At minimum, High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service experience in a fast paced environment preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred.
• Lived Addiction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check in patients and assist in daily operations with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Receive payments and maintain daily financial records for the site.
• Guide new patients through the intake process to provide an exceptional experience.
