Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Healthcare, addiction medicine, or office administration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service checking in patients.
• Receive payments and maintain daily financial records.
• Assist in daily operations and clerical tasks.
• Guide new patients through intake and scheduling processes.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to support patient intake.
• Oversee patient accounts and financial responsibilities.
