Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Front Office Assistant to deliver excellent customer service, manage patient check-ins, collect payments, and assist daily operations across outpatient clinics. You will guide new patients through intake, maintain accurate records, and support coordination with medical staff in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, experience in healthcare or addiction medicine, and a patient-first attitude.

Qualifications

• At minimum, High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred.
• Lived Addiction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check in patients and handle payments with a focus on accuracy.
• Offer a friendly, professional, and helpful experience to all patients.
• Guide new patients through intake and scheduling processes.
• Collect urine and saliva samples for drug screens as needed.
• Maintain daily financial records and reports.
• Coordinate with medical and clinical staff on patient intakes.
