Job summary

Real Performance Physical Therapy, a member of Therapy Partners Group, is seeking a full-time Front Office Coordinator for our Cleburne location. Starting hourly is $16.00 - $17.00 per hour depending on experience, with a schedule of Monday through Thursday 8:00am–5:00pm and Friday 8:00am–1:00pm.

You will warmly greet patients, answer phones, and coordinate with Billing, Therapists, and Aide staff to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Raintree PMS experience is a plus.
• 40 words per minute typing speed (tested).
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain confidential documents.
• Must be organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multi-task in a patient-care setting.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients warmly and maintains a welcoming relationship with staff and external connections.
• Communicates clearly with all staff in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Answers phones and greets patients professionally.
• Coordinates with Billing, Therapists, and Aide staff for smooth workflow.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and protects operations.
• Performs End of Day Checklists, referrals, and manages appointments.
