Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to handle daily front office tasks and deliver excellent patient service. You will participate in a four-week training program to succeed in the role and support patients while coordinating appointments, verifying insurance, and processing payments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• Time management and attention to detail; must be 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
