Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to deliver excellent patient service and manage front office duties. You will participate in a four-week training program and report to the Manager as you help build trust and loyalty with patients.

The role includes scheduling, chart organization, insurance verification, and payment collection, with deposits processed nightly. A supportive, collaborative environment and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset
• High regard for time management
• Organized and detail oriented
• Must be age 18 or older

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
