Job summary

Schweiger is seeking a Full-Time Patient Coordinator at our Mt. Vernon office. The role covers front office duties and supports patients, providers, and staff. Previous healthcare experience is required.

Responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling, and helping with daily operations. Availability Monday–Friday with some Saturday rotation within 7:00am–7:30pm; team coverage and a positive patient experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience is required.
• Medical receptionist experience preferred.
• Experience with EMR and scheduling systems is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming calls and scheduling tasks professionally.
• Maintain a welcoming front-desk presence for patients.
• Assist providers and staff; manage supplies inventory.
• Participate in in-house training and ongoing education.
• Support patient flow from check-in to check-out.
