Job summary

Schweiger Dermatology Group in Freehold is seeking a full-time Patient Coordinator to support front office operations, greet patients, manage calls, scheduling, and online leads. This role is based at our Freehold Office, with Monday–Friday shifts and rotating Saturdays from 7:00am to 7:00pm.

Healthcare experience is required; dermatology exposure is preferred. Proficiency with EMR, Word, Excel, and Outlook, plus strong communication and organizational skills, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Healthcare Experience is required.
• Medical Receptionist Experience preferred.
• Experience using EMR software and patient scheduling systems preferred.
• Must be computer savvy and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Excellent patient relation and customer services skills.
• Must be professional, reliable and dedicated employee.

Responsibilities

• Proficiently and efficiently handle all incoming phone calls, scheduling-related tasks and online leads in a timely and knowledgeable fashion.
• Create a positive phone call experience for each caller and promote a professional atmosphere.
• Understand provider to patient flow and anticipate the next steps to assist providers.
• Attend in-house training and continued education opportunities.
